Abstract This paper introduces the designing method of the electronic medical record system based on the Dynamic
analysis data structures. This method takes a simple way of using database record to store the medical record data with
numerous contents and complicated structure, by which it can be realized easily. Additionally, the system provides all
kinds of combined query and statistics of the medical record data, outputting different kinds of medical record formats for
patients in different clinical departments or at different periods in the same clinical departments, and is capable of keeping
the trace of modified data, as well as typing corresponding medical records according to different moments.
