PACS 診斷工作站匹配小型DSA 在
介入治療中的應(yīng)用

摘 要 目的 探討PACS 診斷工作站與小型DSA 匹配在介入治療中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 PACS 診斷工作站通過(guò)視
頻采集轉(zhuǎn)換方式采集島津公司的WHA 50N/ S 小型DSA 的PH DSA 方式獲得的視頻圖像,使用DICOM 3. 0 國(guó)際
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對(duì)采用該系統(tǒng)檢查治療的67 例圖像資料進(jìn)行分析,評(píng)價(jià)該工作站的使用效能。結(jié)果 將PACS 診斷工作站與
小型DSA 相接后,將原來(lái)的PH DSA 視頻圖像轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?0 ~ 25 幀/ s 的數(shù)字DSA 圖像,可上傳輸至PACS ,達(dá)到資料
共享。提高了圖像后處理的功能。應(yīng)用該系統(tǒng)獲得的數(shù)字圖像能夠保持原設(shè)備的清晰程度,無(wú)明顯失真,可以顯示1
~ 2 mm 的3 ~ 4 級(jí)血管。結(jié)論 采用小型DSA 與PACS 診斷工作站相匹配,可以為介入治療的開(kāi)展提供可靠的保
障。

Abstract Objective To study the applied value of picture archiving and communication system(PACS) diagnostic workstation
(Medvision 2. 06) matching miniature DSA in interventional therapy. Methods By means of video acquisition conversion
PACS diagnostic workstation collected PH DSA video images obtained by the miniature DSA(Shimadzu WHA 50N/ S) were
analyzed according to DICOM3. 0 international standard. The images of 67 patients examined or treated by this system were an2
alyzed , and the efficacy of the workstation’s was evaluated. Results Linking the PACS diagnostic workstation with the minia2
ture DSA , the original PH DSA video images were converted into digital DSA images of 10~25 frames/ second. Those images
would be transmitted to PACS and the resource sharing was achieved ,thus the post processing function of image was improved.
The digital images obtained by this system could keep the clarity of the original equipments without distinct distortion , and dis2
play the 34 level vessels of 12 mm in diameter. Conclusion The matching of miniature DSA and the PACS diagnostic worksta2
tion can provide reliable guarantee in interventional treatment .

圖像顯示和回放等功能不健全,可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致治療上的
不便和失誤,近年來(lái)由于醫(yī)學(xué)存檔與通信系統(tǒng)(picture
archiving and communication system , PACS) 的發(fā)展使小
型DSA 的功能得到改善,現(xiàn)將PACS 的影像診斷工作
站同小型DSA 匹配使用的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)作一介紹。
1 材料與方法
1. 1 設(shè)備概述
采用島津公司的移動(dòng)式小型DSA WHA 50N/ S ,C
型臂,搭載DFS 700 ,CCD 攝像,攝影視野23 cm / 15 cm
(9 英 / 6 英 ) ,分辨率AD 10 bit/ 1 024、DA 8 bit/ 256 ,
硬盤1 G。DSA 采集方式:PH DSA、DSA。
