小型醫(yī)學(xué)影像存儲(chǔ)與傳輸系統(tǒng)的臨床應(yīng)用

【摘要】 目的 探索小型醫(yī)學(xué)圖像存檔與通訊系統(tǒng)(minimizing picture archiving and communication
system , mini2PACS) 在實(shí)際工作中的應(yīng)用,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)科室內(nèi)的無膠片化管理。方法 建立基于PC 機(jī)的
局域網(wǎng),連接CT、MR、數(shù)字胃腸機(jī)、DSA、激光相機(jī)等醫(yī)學(xué)影像設(shè)備,整合數(shù)字圖像網(wǎng)絡(luò)(digital imaging
network , DIN) 和醫(yī)學(xué)圖像診斷系統(tǒng)(medical diagnostic imaging system ,MDIS) ,組成放射科信息管理系統(tǒng)
(radiology information system ,RIS) 。RIS 系統(tǒng)通過其中1 臺(tái)安裝雙網(wǎng)卡的PC 工作站與醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)
(hospital information system ,HIS) 相連。結(jié)果 系統(tǒng)在2 年多的時(shí)間內(nèi)得到連續(xù)使用,放射科信息管理
系統(tǒng)得以實(shí)現(xiàn)和完善。在現(xiàn)有的數(shù)字化影像設(shè)備上實(shí)現(xiàn)了符合醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)字圖像傳輸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)310 (digital
imaging communication in medicine ,DICOM 310) 格式的圖像采集、儲(chǔ)存、傳輸、打印、瀏覽功能。圖像和診
斷報(bào)告信息通過Microsoft Access 數(shù)據(jù)庫管理,不同設(shè)備上保存的在線圖像為3～6 個(gè)月,所有圖像用
CD2R 光盤刻錄,作為離線永久保存,已有32 700 多份診斷報(bào)告存入數(shù)據(jù)庫;HIS 終端可有限制地從該
系統(tǒng)獲得圖像和診斷信息。結(jié)論 mini2PACS 系統(tǒng)投入和運(yùn)行成本低、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單、性能可靠,可基本實(shí)
現(xiàn)PACS 的重要功能,在中、小醫(yī)院具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。
