放射科DICOM 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PACS 的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】 目的 以我院影像存檔及傳輸系統(tǒng)(picture archiving and communication system ,PACS)
的設(shè)計、構(gòu)建為例,探討適合中國國情的醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)字影像傳輸( digital imaging and communications in
medicine ,DICOM) 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的PACS 發(fā)展模式。方法 按階段性發(fā)展、模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)和DICOM 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3 個原
則設(shè)計,并制訂出3 期發(fā)展細(xì)節(jié)。結(jié)果 按PACS I 期設(shè)計、構(gòu)建PACS 模塊間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接,實現(xiàn)數(shù)字
影像的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸、及時瀏覽顯示及膠片打印等幾個主要功能,并成功地完成了系統(tǒng)在DICOM 層次的
設(shè)置、調(diào)試和影像交流。結(jié)論 根據(jù)我院DICOM 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PACS 的設(shè)計,成功地完成I 期系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建及
運行,初步表明,我院PACS 設(shè)計是符合中國國情的PACS 發(fā)展的一個可行方案。

【Abstract】 Purpose To explore the developing model of picture archiving and communication sys2
tem (PACS) with digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) supported and in accordance
with Chinese specific current status , using the instance of PACS designed and constructed of our hospital.
