1、按下“白色圓按鈕”開機，從小顯示屏上可以看到當(dāng)前的讀取內(nèi)存地址情況。
2、將AIX系統(tǒng)光盤第一張盤插入到光驅(qū)中；當(dāng)開機到一定時間后開始讀光盤，當(dāng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)出兩聲蜂鳴聲時，立即按一下ASCII終端鍵盤的“5”鍵（或圖形界面鍵盤上的“F5”鍵）。

2．按照屏幕提示，按1鍵，確認(rèn)，設(shè)置系統(tǒng)控制臺的語言環(huán)境為英語環(huán)境；

4．在光標(biāo)處鍵入“2”, 確認(rèn)，選中“Change/show Installation Settings and Install”選項，進入安裝和設(shè)置界面，見圖3；

為了修改圖3中選項“System Settings”下的內(nèi)容，在光標(biāo)處鍵入“1”，確認(rèn)。

1 New and Complete overwrite
Overwrites EVERYTRING on the disk selected for installation .
Warning:Only use this method if the disk is totally empty or if there
is nothing on the disk you want to preserve.
>>2 Preservation Install
preserves SOME of the existing data on the disk selected for
installation. Warning:This method overwrites the usr(/usr),
varlable(/var),temporary (/tmp),and root (/) file systems,other
product (applications) files and configuration data will be destroyed.

首先出現(xiàn)的是“Change Method of Installation”界面，由于系統(tǒng)進行的全安裝，因此在光標(biāo)處鍵入“1”，確認(rèn)，選中“New and Complete Overwrite”選項。
之后出現(xiàn)“Change Disk Where You Want to Install”見面，

此處不需修改，在光標(biāo)處確認(rèn)，回到圖3所示的界面。此時“Method of Installation”項的屬性已變?yōu)椤癗ew and Complete Overwrite”。在光標(biāo)處直接確認(rèn)，完成安裝設(shè)置。
